It was a very nice afternoon activity! Paula was very kind and informative. The gelato was also amazing!

Making gelato was so much fun and so interesting to see how to make it properly. It was something cool to do with my kids. We're gelato snobs now!

The guide had a lovely attitude and was very helpful. The description made it seem that we would all be participating in making the gelato, but really we just watched her. It was informative, but not quite worth the money.

Paola was fantastic. She communicated well about where the location change was. She gave great instructions how to make the Gelato. We did think it was a make it yourself class but in the end it was great. Now I just have to get myself an icecream maker.

This was a wonderful experience to be able to go into someone’s home and experience how to make gelato. Everything was well explained and casual. We were allowed to participate and ask questions. And the gelato was fabulous!

Paola was an excellent teacher, explaining each step and why the ingredients matter. She was friendly and personable as well, and shared many tips about making gelato and about what to see and try in Genoa.
