I loved the opportunity to see La Scala. It was such a thrill standing in one of the boxes. The inside of the theatre is fabulous. I was lucky enough to see a couple of ballet dancers rehearsing on the stage. Was it value for money? I paid £14.00. I think for anyone that can’t understand Italian there might be a reduction. There was some English information given but not that much. Also I’m over 70, a reduction to perhaps £10 would have been appreciated. There are a lot of stairs and some of us have arthritic joints. I managed to use all the stairs but there were people there that didn’t.
