Verona: Complete Visit to Juliet's Balcony & Audio Guide

No guide was provided, it was hot and queues were quite long. Nice merchandise in the shop, got myself a nice bauble for my Christmas tree this year! A lot of money to walk around a few levels and not have any context of the story and the rooms other than what you read online. The balcony is cute for a picture, other than that nothing to see.

Horrible Experience!! We paid for 4 people to visit Juliet’s house and balcony. Received wrong tickets for courtyard only! After staff scanned our tickets and 2 phone calls to Get Your Guide on premise with the help of the Juliet’s staff we were still sent the wrong tickets and could not enter the house and balcony. This was frustrating and embarrassing. I called the Get Your Guide staff twice that morning from the Juliet house!! On the phone the Juliet staff could view the correct information and talked explicitly about the incorrect tickets with Get Your Guide personally and still they did not send the correct tickets!!! After 40 minutes of this problem not being resolved we left without entering the house and balcony. We had planned to spend an hour for this visit which became impossible to complete. I have requested a full refund and will update this experience accordingly.
