Pisa: Entry Ticket to Baptistery & Cathedral

Coukd not gain entry to cathedral as had nothing to cover shoulders. it was 34 deg heat! they charge you extra for something to go over your shoukders

Both buildings are a 'must see' however buying a ticket on Sunday is not needed for entry into the cathedral because it is free anyway. On Sunday the baptistery does not offer the musical attraction so you miss out the beautiful acoustic experience it is renowned for.

Paid for the baptistery and cathedral entrance only to be told the cathedral is free, not that we could go in anyway as need to have shoulders covered and we where wearing thin straps. Good job we had already done this 2 years previously, so suppose we should have known but it was winter then.

Bien
