What's included
History and culture of the olive tree on Lake Garda; • guided visit of the olive grove, story of the farm and the landscape/nature surrounding it, and nearby places of cultural interest; • visit of the farm workshop and the storage rooms; • practical demonstrations of olive harvesting (October/November) and pruning (February to April); • educational and recreational activities on the farm for adults and children (upon specific request with at least one week's notice). • Guided tasting of the 3 types of oil we produce: "Garda DOP" extra virgin olive oil - "Selezione Premium" extra virgin olive oil - "Oro del Vajo" extra virgin olive oil; • Food tasting of pates and infusions (chili pepper, lemon, basil, rosemary and garlic) on bread and of our olives; • still water;
