Lake Como Catamaran Tour with Aperitif from Varenna

Paolo und Noémi haben uns einen schönen Trip geboten. Mit ihrem wundervollen Katamaran sind wir an Bellagio vorbeigefahren in Richtung Lecco. Dort hatten wir die Möglichkeit in das super angenehme Wasser zu hüpfen und konnten danach mit leckeren Snacks und Pasta das Wetter genießen. Wir konnten uns sehr gut mit beiden auf Englisch unterhalten. Besonders hat uns auch gefallen, dass die Tour keine klassische Sightseeing-Tour war. Alles im allem würden wir nochmal wiederkommen und können auf alle Fälle dieses Erlebnis weiterempfehlen!

Unforgettable trip around the lake with Paolo and his beautiful catamaran. He had pillows ready for us to sail across to Bellagio and Pescallo (since we wanted to explore that part. Paolo was great company throughout and gave great recommendations for anything around the area. We stopped in the middle of the lake to swim while he made some aperitifs for my fiancée and I. Paolo really helps you get great views of the towns along the lake and customise your itinerary. Highly recommend!!

Could not be more worth it! Between the beautiful Catamaran you get to sail on the beautiful lake Como, and Captain Paolo who was very friendly and knowledgeable about sailing, it's well worth your time. Paolo took us to a private beach across the lake and the windy allowed us to comfortably sail back steadily enjoying the sun and views. The nature of how you're on the water and experiencing the lake isn't one you'll get elsewhere!

We did a 5 person private Catemaran trip with Paulo and it was amazing. His English is fantastic and he shared a lot of useful facts with us about Como and the surrounding areas. We had fabulous weather and even managed to sail the boat on the water which was a highlight. Would 10000% recommend this trip, 4 hours was also the perfect amount of time to sail, swim and enjoy an aperitivo at the end :)

first of all I would like to say that we did enjoy the trip and we are glad we boked but there are things that need to be improved to enable the business to flourish. 1) Timekeeping. the catamaran arrived 30 minutes late (actually 45 mins later than asked), this was not a good start, especially in 30 degree heat. 2) ensure that the dirty bowls and glasses from the previous guests are cleared away. 3) Have a clear idea of what the trip entails. 4) We were offered 1 glasses of prosecco, for £103 each ( there were 6 of us) for a 2 hour trip...open another 6 euro bottle of prosecco and offer us a 2nd glass. But the most important correction is to make sure the trip lasts 2 hours. we were on the boat for 1 hour 40 mins....so there was some dissatisfaction here. The guy was sweet and had a nice relaxed manner and we realise that it's the first year of running this trip but improvements are required in order to make it value for money at a fairly expensive £103 each.
