Discover the soul of Sicilian Street Food in a historic 15th-century former monastery, Villa Palamara. You'll prepare a complete 4-course menu from scratch, including arancini and cannoli, with stunning Mediterranean views. Savor your creations with local wines.

What's included

Hands-on Street Food cooking class to prepare seven preparations for a traditional four-course Sicilian meal
Arancini, Cannoli shells and other dishes, made from scratch by the participants
Break with an aperitif featuring some dishes prepared by the chef, accompanied by a quality Sicilian sparkling wine
Tasting of the meal prepared by the participants, served with Sicilian wines
Use of fresh and local ingredients for all preparations
Availability of water, juices, coffee, and other beverages throughout the course
Welcoming environment in a historic Sicilian villa with views of the Mediterranean Sea
We take photos during the course (with participants’ consent) to share on our social media channels
Recipe book in PDF format, sent to participants after the experience
Menu options customized for vegetarians, celiacs, and lactose-intolerant individuals
Transportation to and from the location (Villa Palamara)
