Frankie was in contact the day before and the morning of our tour. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and patient. My husband and I had my older parents with us on the tour and Frankie helped wherever he could, allowing and encouraging us to get out the vehicle to see more while entertaining my parents who stayed in the car for most stops. First part, driving along the shoreline on the north side of the island was too long - 30 minutes of that would have been good. Balance of tour was great. Norma is an excellent guide (and driver).

Easy trip around San Juan. My sister has mobility issues so Felix was very accommodating. Only issue was we were supposed to begin tour at 9 but they called and said they couldn’t start until 12. So we lost most of the day.

The guide was really nice and knowledgeable about San Juan and the surrounding areas. But I expected the trip, especially at the price point to include stops at locations to at least take pictures. We just drove around the places and then encouraged to come back on our own time.
