Venedig: Stadtrundgang & Gondelfahrt – Entdecken Sie Geschichte und versteckte Kanäle

This was super disappointing. After no communication from the tour company I came to GYG to check the details for the tour only to find the site said the tour was no longer available. So I messaged the tour company and asked if our tour was still happening. No response. So we showed up at the time noted. They opened their door twenty minutes after our tour was to have started. Then we found out there was “a problem with our guide” and the tour in English wasn’t available. They did give us some options and we chose to take the gondola ride and be refunded for the walking tour. The refund never came so I had to get GYG involved. The gondolier was good and gave us interesting information so we enjoyed that part. Other than that it was very disappointing. We understand things happen but you have to communicate that to your customer. Sadly I cannot recommend.
