Venedig: Köstlicher Kochkurs mit Chefköchin Carolyn

Das war mal ein ganz anderer Blick auf Venedig: von den Dächern der Stadt auf den Campo Santa Margherita! Und dazu noch eine Menge von (uns!) selbstgemachten Leckereien auf dem Tisch! Herzlichen Dank an Carolyn für die Einführung in die venezianische Küche, das hat sehr großen Spaß gemacht! Carolyn hat uns nicht nur mit sehr viel Engagement die Zubereitung eines ganzen, mehrgängigen Menüs beigebracht - sie hat uns auch über des wirkliche Leben in der Stadt berichtet. Der herzliche Empfang, die perfekte Organisation, die Rezepte zum Mitnehmen und die Krönung: das Mittagessen auf der Dachterrasse! Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen werde. Elle sélectionne des produits frais et de saison , nous explique chaque étape pour la réalisation des mets . Elle nous reçoit chez elle , c’est une expérience incroyable que que je recommande vivement si vous souhaitez passer un moment inoubliable .

Magnifique activité pour toute personne intéressée par la bonne nourriture italienne. Elle utilise des produits locaux de la saison, c’est très intéressant avec une ambiance agréable et chaleureuse. La nourriture que nous avons cuisiné a été dégusté sur leur terrasse sur le toit avec la vue magnifique de Venise, avec prossuco et bon vin. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir et nous suggérons à tous d’y aller!! Caroline

Caroline is a fabulous teacher. She is patient, knowledgeable and very interesting. We made several dishes and they were all delicious. We made five different Cicchetti We made cookies and a cream dessert we made hand made noodles with pesto handmade raviolis with the stuffing… We had Prosecco and Pinot Grigio! Can’t be that. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip.

We had a blast. It was really awesome to be cooking in Caroline's private home kitchen. She has a great mix of demonstration and participating in the hands on cooking. It was a small class making it much more intimate experience. We learned a great deal about pasta and food in Italy in general. Sitting on her rooftop patio enjoying the food was a real treat! Highly recommend.

Carolyn was on point. Very efficient and well prepared. Everything was prepared that could have been and ingredients measured out for class participation. She explained all steps and had all the accoutrements at hand. Our meal was delicious, more than enough for the 3 of us, and the ambiance on the deck was the icing on the cake! We even left with all the recipes that she gave to us! A very enjoyable experience.
