Assisi: Bio-Balsamico-, Olivenöl- & Weintour mit Panoramablick

Nous avons été reçus par notre hôte Maria et qui nous a fait la visite guidée de son royaume. Très dynamique, drôle et d'une grande gentillesse. Tout était très bien et la dégustation excellente avec ses différentes huile d'olive extra vierge, vin exquis pour moi et que dire de ses vinaigre balsamique juste wow. Notre chauffeur Julia très aimable et nous a reconduit plus près de l'appartement car la commande était lourde avec le vin acheté. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par tous et toutes et je recommande vivement cette destination.

Awesome wine tasting experience! My second time visiting this winery and loved it again. Very nice to visit a small family owned winery (been in the family since 13th century). The pickup in the town of Assisi worked great. They coupled the wines with little pieces of bruschetta. Olive oil was fantastic as was the balsamic vinaigrette. And they do all of this organically! Very diffeeent wine tasting experience. Juliette was an excellent guide and sommelier. Beautiful tasting room with views of the countryside. This tour is a 10!

This tour was spectacular! First off Guiliana was amazing, very kind and knowledgeable both about the area and the tour material. Secondly, the area is beyond stunning, everywhere you look takes your breath away. Thirdly, the owner of the vineyard/olive grove/vinegary Maria personally prepares the majority of the food that is paired with the wine tasting. Which meant it all tasted so fresh and as someone whose not usually into wine I left with a large order. Finally, overall the entire experience was well worth our 2hr drive to assisi and might be the highlight of my trip :)

This was one of our favorite activities during our trip to Italy- from the moment Giulia picked us up, we were treated like family. She gave a great tour of the wine-making facilities, then brought us to the tasting room with the most STUNNING views. The wine and food pairings were excellent and both Giulia and Maria were so welcoming and friendly. We had a fantastic experience & highly recommend this to anyone in the area!

Wonderful! Gaia was a lively, informative and engaging host. She knew a lot about the wine making process, and shared a little about the olive oil and balsamic production, too. The tasting and paired food plates seemed never ending. At the end, she even offered an option to drive us back to our flat in Spello, as the winery is about halfway between Assisi and Spello.
