Kochkurs in Venedig mit unbegrenztem Wein

Rosa ist eine ganz bezaubernde Person. Sie hat einen sehr guten Mix zwischen geschichtlichen Hintergrundinformationen, praktischen Kochtipps und dem Kochen an sich gefunden. Die Stimmung war super angenehm und es hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Meine Erwartungen wurden absolut übertroffen. Es hat Spaß gemacht, selbst einmal Hand anzulegen und die ganzen Tricks kennenzulernen, und die Verköstigung am Ende war das Sahnehäubchen. Ich habe noch nie so gute Pasta gegessen. Uneingeschränkte absolute Empfehlung!

This was a great activity that everyone enjoyed. Rosa was a lot of fun and not just knowledgeable on pasta but told us great stories about Venice and other parts of Italy. The food was delicious. She was great with our kids and now we have a new activity as a family because are kids love making pasta at home. Thank you for such a great experience in a nice location while we were in Venice

We were greeted by her adorable puppy and Rosa at the door and led into her kitchen. Very nice atmosphere! The experience was well worth the money! We learned how to make different shapes of pasta including two different sauces from scratch. We also learned how to make Tiramisu! It was all fabulous and made us feel at home! She is wonderful and I will never forget this experience!!!!!

Fantastic experience with Rosa! She was so kind, so informative and she taught us how to make absolutely scrumptious food! Rosa was accommodating when we had to change our class time due to a flight delay, and managed the food allergies in our family like the pro she is. Would take the class again and visit her daughters restaurant Rosa’s Brunch and Dinner next time we’re in Venice!

Fui a esta clase de cocina con mi madre y mi tía, quienes aman cocinar, y les encantó la experiencia con Rosa. Desde el primer momento, Rosa crea un ambiente muy cómodo y acogedor, enseñando cada paso con paciencia, profesionalismo y mucho cariño. Pasamos un rato genial aprendiendo a preparar auténtica pasta italiana y tiramisú. Todo estaba delicioso y disfrutamos muchísimo tanto de la cocina como de la conversación (a pesar de hablar español). Cuando regresemos a México, sin duda intentaremos preparar todas estas recetas por nuestra cuenta. ¡No podemos esperar para volver a probarlas! We would love to leave a positive review, but unfortunately never made the tour. We were late because we got very lost trying to find the location. We texted and attempted to call several times for directions but no one answered. We understand that it was our fault for getting lost, but they were unwilling to work with us in terms of rebooking. My advice would be to plan to arrive very early in order to find the correct location or else be out several hundred dollars.

Es war eine sehr persönliche und individuelle Erfahrung mit einem authentischen Einblick in italienische Küche. Die Chitarra ist schon bestellt, um künftig Pasta selber herzustellen. Rosa, die Gastgeberin, die auf einer anderen Venedig-Insel ein Restaurant betreibt, bietet die richtige Mischung. La Dolce Vita. Das Ganz findet bei ihr zu Hause statt in einer ruhigen Gasse auf Giudecca. Kein Massentourismus-Betrieb, keine "Kaffeefahrt". Zusammen kochen, dazu ein bisschen historische Hintergründe und Tipps und Prosecco trinken und beim lockeren Gespräch Essen. Wir hatten 3 verschiedene Pasta selbst gemacht. Mein Tipp: Mit Butter und Salbei, der Hammer. Wenn man es richtig macht.
