The tour was well organised clear instructions on where to be picked up and the tour ran smoothly. Mattia was a passionate guide very knowledgeable explained all you needed to know about the process of making prosciutto and Parmigiano. Highly recommended

j'ai adoré l'ensemble de la visite hormis le bien être animal, car voir des vaches couchées sur leurs excréments , ce n'est pas normal.

Very informative. We were given a most thorough introduction to the making of Parmigiana Reggiano and Parma Ham. Small group helped.

Our tour was informative and well executed.

Die Führung war etwas in die Länge gezogen und die Verkostung sehr überschaubar. Der Transport war in Ordnung und der Guide war auch super. Wir hatten zwischendurch Wartezeit weil Leute aus der Gruppe wieder weg gebracht wurden und wir Zeit totschlagen mussten. Anscheinend waren verschiedene Touren zusammen gelegt worden.

This is an excellent tour which we’d highly recommend. Mattea was a great guide - funny & knowledgable. Saw in depth processes of making both parmigiana reggiano and prosciutto ham and it was fascinating. Would definitely recommend this trip if you’re in this area. Learnt loads and was really engaged throughout.

We had a fun time. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. They loved sharing their history and stories about the cheese and ham making process and life in the Parma region. A must do if you are in the area.
