Private Holzboot-Tour auf dem Comer See

We were charged more than €250 for what was supposed to be a one-hour ride, but the trip lasted only 35 minutes, we were shortchanged nearly half the time we paid for. On top of that, the driver handled the boat very roughly for most of the ride, which made it uncomfortable and honestly a bit unsafe. When we asked him to lower the shade/canopy so we could get some nice photos, he refused, so we lost the chance to capture the moment properly. Overall, we paid a premium price for a rushed, uncomfortable ride with poor customer service. I would not recommend this service and won't be booking again.

Capt. Danilo was beyond wonderful. His positive attitude & spirit was such a pleasure to spend an hour with him on his wooden water craft. His knowledge of Lake Como shoreline & history of the area was the best history lesson I’ve ever had in my 65 years. I could spend a whole day with this gentleman & still would come back the next day for more time. Danilo is the knobs of person this world needs more of. Oh & he’s a great photographer. Thanks so much. Gary Johnson & Family

The whole process of onboarding the boat was very stressful and the guide only made it more stressful as he was yelling at me over the phone when I was trying to find him. The marina where you board is an absolute zoo, so when your guide says get there early def get there early. Also I know the hidden gas fee is bs, $50 per hour for gas is crazy, especially when your already paying so much, they should just add it in the cost here
