The instructions said the guide would be carrying a flag with words like ‘visit Rome’. We found that flag but it was propped against a wall with other flags and a crowd of people near it. We asked someone and he pointed out your guide. Your guide was very unclear about where we should stand, and he forgot to give us our tickets. Eventually another guide appeared and she was very good.

We didn't understand why we needed to pay for this as we had to wait in line for quite a while and there was no guided tour!

The ‘skip the line’ is a bit of a misnomer. You just join a slightly smaller queue.

You can go at your own pace with the audio guide. Wasn't too busy. Numbers are controlled

overpriced, the audio guide to explain the different artworks was not in order, so you would have to walk between rooms back and forth to find what the audioguide was talking about.

The person whoever was here {Date 10 th June 2026} an Indian guy who called himself as Ramesh was absolutely rude, had no identification flag with him, we crossed twice the same area and the person did not bother to come and help. I guess this guy probably hates his job and not suitable… He had apparently special hatred towards Indian tourists, while treating the white tourists with all polite courtesy.
