We have had a fantastic day with our tour guide Thomas. Thomas had great knowledge about the lava caves and Mount Etna. We decided to the pay the extra charge for the cable car which we felt was a bit pricey but in the end it was definitely worth it for the spectacular views. We travelled in a small group of 4 therefore, there was no rush to the day and could stay at the Etna wine tasting for as long as we wanted. We rolled out of the place as they were so generous with the food served with the wine tasting! The whole experience is a must if you visit Sicily and it was made even better by the brilliantly hilarious Thomas!

Von der Abholung bis zum Ende der Tour gibt es nicht zu bemängeln. enzo war ein toller guide und hat uns viele tolle und wichtige Dinge über die Inseln und dem Ätna erzählt.die kleine Wanderung auf dem Ätna war absolut ausreichend für uns sodass wir uns die Bahn bis oben gespart haben .Das anstehen und warten hätte auch zu viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen! Das sollte man lieber i. Ruhe als separate Tour machen! Im Anschluss kam unsere Weinverkostung! begleitend gab es super Essen und es war der perfekte Abschluss Natürlich haben wor danach tüchtig eingekauft 😂 aber das ist ja kein miss! Wir empfehlen diese Tour aif jeden fall weiter

We had a great day with easy pickup from near where we stayed, which really simplified the logistics of getting to Etna. The walking was pretty relaxed although walking on volcanic ash is a bit like climbing sand dunes. We explored a lava tube and other volcanic features such as craters and lava bombs. The wine tasting in a lovely winery was accompanied by plenty of delicious local food and a particularly good feature of this trip was the small group size - just 5 of us plus our guide Peppe. It was Peppe who made our day so enjoyable with his considerable knowledge of Etna, its history and natural features, and above all his sense of humour!

The whole day was absolutely fantastic and we literally have no complaints or can think of any improvements. Our guide, Claudio, was knowledgeable, fun and a generally great guy. He picked us up on time from our hotel in Catania. The shuttle bus journey was smooth and accompanied by very interesting commentary about the area and Etna. We thoroughly enjoyed the hike and cave visit - not too taxing although great exercise. We never felt rushed and had time to take photos, enjoy the incredible views and stop for coffee/snacks. The wines and food selection at the wine tasting were absolutely delicious (so generous) and the whole place had a great atmosphere. The day exceeded our expectations and was incredibly good value for money. We were all very impressed and it certainly was a day to remember.

Absolutely the best experience we had in Sicily! Transportation was smooth, they picked us up in the time agreed. Our guide, Angelo, was incredible—super knowledgeable and full of fascinating insights throughout the tour. His positive and engaging personality really elevated the entire experience. Both Mount Etna and the lava cave were absolutely captivating, offering a perfect mix of nature and adventure. The wine tasting exceeded our expectations! We tasted amazing wines, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food… we’re honestly speechless. It was simply outstanding. Highly recommended!!

One of the best! it's a great way to see Etna when you are in a group with varying activity levels. Some of us biked up the mountain, which was tough but worth it. Others walked around and took in the sights from the tourist center. Everyone loved the wine tasting with lunch! So much wonderful food! It was perfect after the bike ride. Our guide, Simone, was truly one of the best. So much information and you can tell he loves the area. there was never a dull moment from the minute he picked us up. He was also very helpful making recommendations for food and things to see and do in the area. I am glad this was the first thing we did when we arrived in Catania. I highly recommend this tour.

This was worth every penny. Giuseppe was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and fun. The transportation was great, and we did pay extra for the funivia and the 4x4, which we definitely recommend. The wine tour was worth the price alone, so many delicious foods to try with some fantastic wines. Our sommelier was very informative and friendly, and I would recommend this tour to anyone!

La visita al Etna estuvo muy bien.( nosotras decidimos coger el funicular y los autobuses para subir mas) y tuvimos la suerte que el volcán hizo varias explosiones. Con lo que fue una de esas experiecias inolvidables , que seguramente no volveras a ver ni tener en la vida. El guia que nos acompaño estuvo muy amable y dispuesto. La visita a la cueva fue una desilusion . Dos pequeñas cavidades en un lado de la montaña , lo mas peligroso bajar y subir por que no se han molestado en poner una pequeña escalera. Ahora la visita a las vides ( donde tuvimos la suerte de conocer al dueño y que este nos hiciera de guia). No se si es habitual pero incluso nos dieron a probar , cuando paseamos frente a ellas, las diferentes uvas que usan para el vino que despues ibamos a catar . Y despues en la cata el somelier que nos toco fue fantastico y muy educativo. Fue el final ideal aun dia . Que considero uno de los mejores pasado en esta maravillosa isla
