Umbrischer Kochkurs mit Verkostung in Assisi

From the moment we arrived we experienced great energy of the hosts. The wine was flowing, opening bottle after bottle for us to try. Elena, the chef was delightful! Wat ontzettend leuk om op deze manier pasta te leren maken. De wijnen, olijfolie, worst, kaas en foccacia vooraf waren heerlijk. De workshop zelf was goed te volgen en was erg leerzaam. Echt een aanrader!

Our group had so much fun! We have done cooking classes before, but this was a little unusual that we were able to taste wine, olive oil and cheeses before we got in and got our hands dirty. 😁 It was relaxed, delicious, and I picked up a few great tips on pasta making to boot!
