Discover the secrets of Umbrian cuisine with an interactive cooking class in the historic center of Assisi. Learn traditional preparation techniques for local dishes and enjoy a rich tasting of regional products and wines.

What's included

Take part in hands-on sessions where you will be taught the techniques for making appetizers, pasta, first courses, main courses, and desserts that are typical of our culinary tradition.
We use only fresh and seasonal ingredients, many of which come directly from our land, to ensure an authentic and sustainable experience.
At the end of the class, you will have the opportunity to taste the dishes prepared, accompanied by a selection of local wines, in a convivial and relaxing atmosphere.
A food tasting of local products of the highest quality is also included (cheeses, salumi, extra-virgin olive oil, and Montefalco Sagrantino wine)
