Matera & Alberobello Tour mit Reiseleiter an Bord

The bus never came for us at the agreed meeting point. We called the operator but they did not answer. when we tried again then they answered saying that they are resolving the issue. 15 mins later we called again saying the same thing. after 45mins we called them again and said they have a problem with the bus! we requesr a refund of this tour that never happened

Nekünk pont ilyen útra volt szükségünk, ahol elvisznek, nagy vonalakban elmondják a fontos tudnivalókat, utána mindenki saját maga felfedezi a környéket. Itt szintén saját tempónkban jártuk be a várost.

To mylące. 2h na Alberobello to aż nadto. Przyjemny autobus z możliwością ładowania telefonu. Jedyny minus, to uważam że mogliby wliczyć w cenę chociaż butelkę wody.

Our guide and driver were lovely. The trip was well organised with everything running on time. Only minor surprise was that the coach was not able to enter either town - this meant quite a significant walk to and from the meeting point which we were not expecting. In particular Matera coach stop is 20 minute hike from the old town up hill! Our guide was clearly used to this and could have kept pace with Usain Bolt! Nevertheless, both towns are very beautiful with lots of cafe to refresh in the heat. We had a really lovely day. Puglimare tours are great value for money - we saw same tour with other companies at 50% more.

Pan kierowca punktualny i dobrze wykonujący swoją pracę. Zwiedzane miejsca warte polecenia.
