Easy to find the host, and very easy to follow. Host was incredibly helpful.

It was great. We could download the audio guides in advance and have them on our phones without having to rely on a network connection in an old building with thick walls.

The tour guide was excellent. He guided us through Palazzo Vecchio and explained everything we needed to know. He was very friendly, approachable, and cheerful throughout the tour.

The Guide is very good told us so many things about the history
