Palazzo Vecchio Skip-the-Line Tickets: Explore Florence's Civic Heart

Everything went as planned, there were no problems at all.

A very good tour. Katarina was an excellent guide offering so many interesting stories. Well worth it.

Loved the secret passages and our guide was terrific

An excellent visit. Our guide was exceptional very informative and gave us considerable background to all that we saw. Probably the best visit of our week in Florence.

We never received our tickets from Headout or from a host at the venue meeting spot. I have asked for a refund of my $80.66. I had to purchase tickets directly from the venue. I emailed proof of my purchase of tickets because what was sent to me was not valid. Please refund my purchase.

We very much enjoyed the tour which the Museo honoured , however the Museo did not know anything about our booking so I cannot recommend your service and am not confident to use you again

It was an audio tour but the key thing here isthat Headout was the only place we could get entry tickets that day. They were excellent and easy to deal with. THe Palace is worth a visit. Beautiful.

Very well organized. They had to cancel the first slot due to an event and rescheduled it for us without any problem. Highly recommended.

I really liked it... Impressive

Absolutely incredible without the trouble of waiting in line. I was able to stay out of the crowd. It was almost like I was by myself! I would recommend Skip the line for any Tour or excursion.

The guide was excellent, please tell her a great thanks ( I do not remember her name now). Though my wife was very tired and had illigus so ee had to skip the second floor.

The history, the grandeur, the entire aura of power. Fatastic.

I already sent you my review days ago!!!

We got in without any problems, everything was great. Go without backpacks.

Honestly, the experience was great. I arrived about 15 minutes early and they let me in without any problems.

The guide was late. The audio guide didn't work

A unique, unmissable experience. Head straight to the entrance door and be prepared to climb stairs.
