Palazzo Vecchio Skip-the-Line Guided Tour with Secret Passages

The tour guide was excellent. He guided us through Palazzo Vecchio and explained everything we needed to know. He was very friendly, approachable, and cheerful throughout the tour.

The Guide is very good told us so many things about the history

The tour of the passageways was well-explained but very one-sided. We only visited three of the many passageways—three minor ones. For the 85 euros the ticket cost, it was a lousy experience. The guide was friendly.

Booked this tour for my 20 something children and they loved it. Guide was excellent and group was small. There was a family with younger kids And they loved it too. Recommend!

Schade, dass es keine Tour auf deutsch gab. Wenn nicht genügend Interessenten vorhanden, dann wäre eine Information 25 h vorher zur Rücknahme der Buchung lobenswert. Gut war als Alternative die Übertragung einer Audioguide. Beim nächsten Mal eher informieren

The organization was excellent. The tour in German was very informative and well done. However, charging 90 EUR per person for a 90-minute tour is overpriced. That’s why I’m giving it only three stars.

A very professional guide with extensive knowledge of her subject, who really listens to her "clients," speaks French fluently, and is extremely friendly We really enjoyed this tour
