Palazzo Vecchio: Tour Guidato Salta la Fila con Passaggi Segreti

Guido was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We so enjoyed our tour!

The guide was excellent, please tell her a great thanks ( I do not remember her name now). Though my wife was very tired and had illigus so ee had to skip the second floor.

The history, the grandeur, the entire aura of power. Fatastic.

Julia was an outstanding guide. She is clearly very passionate about the history of Florence and was able to bring the Palazzo Vecchio and its secret passages to life. Going behind the scenes offered a completely different dimension to the historical site that you just couldn't get from a normal tour. Very highly recommend this tour!

The tour was very interesting.

Great guide that shared a lot of knowledge!

I didn't just receive the wrong tickets, I didn't receive any tickets at all. €52 for nothing, which still wasn't refunded despite requesting it a day in advance. Wasted money!

The guide was wonderful and had so much historical knowledge. My friend and I missed the first 15 minutes of the tour because we were supposed to meet at the ticket counter but the guard wouldn't let us in to the ticket counter.

Hello I have booked 2 tours with you. Both tours the meeting points were not well indicated at all. Many in our 2 visits were also confused. Points of meeting were not where indicated and identifying guides (wearing a green top or having a green umbrella) were not there.

Tour was cancelled with 2 hours notice

Our tour guide was great. She was very knowledgeable. My wife ia also very knowledgeable but learned a lot. Her explainations were clear and interesting. Not thier fault but it was sooo hot.

We enjoyed "discovering" all those "secret" rooms. Our guide was very knowledgeable and took time to explain many details about the tour. It was a nice experience.

We were lucky enough to have Martina as our tour guide; we were a very small group, which made the experience even more personal. She told the story of the house and its residents very well and in a vivid way. Thank you very much for that.

It is very important to have a guide. Our was the best!!! She tell us a lot of secrets about the palace and his history!

The tour was really enjoyable!

A friendly and knowledgeable guide. Easy to understand!
