Due to the small field on site, the app would not open to be able to download QR tickets.

The place is very nice but a bit neglected for a palace and paying to see something in poor condition.

I arrived at 5:30 p.m. at the entrance to the palace and the manager or security told me that today October 14 had an institutional event and could not access the public all day. I was not warned of such an event and I want a refund of my ticket price.

the downloadable audioguide for cell phones is a real plus the royal palace is a delight to visit, and the explanations are clear and concise

The palace is very nice, but there were many rooms that could not be visited. The audio guide was bad because it was not in Spanish, and it was not a guide, it was a QR code.

The palace did not disappoint. All areas were amazing. Would have liked to have seen the apartment. Still worth seeing.

We paid for tours with audioguides in French SURPRISE THERE WERE NO AUDIOGUIDES even though they were paid for!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

The palace is incredible, and it was well worth visiting. There was no line to jump in March... The audio guide was beneficial as well.

The tickets provided on the app were not accepted at the venue so we had to take some time to get in contact with local provider to get the right documents to be allowed in and this took a fair amount of time
