Königspalast Neapel: Tickets ohne Anstehen mit digitalem Audioguide

Since I arrived shortly after 9:00 a.m. for the tour, there was practically no one there. Contrary to what one might expect, the entrance is not on Piazza Plebiscito but on Piazza Trieste e Trento. There are very few signs indicating this. In addition, tours of the roof garden are not offered in the summer—apparently because it’s too hot—so visitors are left disappointed. Furthermore, no audio guides were provided!!! No one had one. So you have to make do by reading the descriptions posted at the entrance to each room. On the other hand, the service was excellent during the tour—which included an audio guide—at the Caruso Museum.

It was very easy to scan your ticket and be right in the Royal Palace, which was absolutely amazing!! They provide a free audio that walks you through and enhances the experience with a mini history lesson &/or highlights as you go along!! I would highly recommend embarking on this wonderful journey into the life and collections of the Royal Family.

I found the visit to the Royal Palace to be one of the must-see attractions in Naples, but the visit to the villa is only worth it if you take the opportunity to walk along the waterfront and explore another part of the city, different from the historic center (the villa itself isn't particularly impressive because it's small, some of the rooms are empty, and the carriage section is closed).
