Ein einmaliges Museum mit außergewöhnlichen antiken Skulpturen, Fresken und Kunstgegenständen. Wir waren begeistert und haben dort einen ganzen Tag in den zwei Stockwerken mit römischer Kunst verbracht. Für die griechische Abteilung müssen wir noch einmal kommen.

Everything went great—it was a wonderful experience

It was quite easy to access the tickets at a fair price , no stress for waiting in line .The museum itself is really beautiful

This was so big and so much to see. The Egyptian stuff was amazing. Give yourself more than a few hours to really enjoy everything.

A beautiful venue, with great attention to detail and a stunning collection of masterpieces on display. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. And the finale featuring Caravaggio was truly moving. Well done!

Looking at the uniqueness of the collection, you can see that this museum lived up to the Polish proverb, "See Naples and die" 😉

I biglietti non funzionavano e ci è stato negato l'ingresso. Il personale del banco informazioni è riuscito a trovare la transazione nel loro sistema e alla fine ci ha fatto entrare. Il museo in sé era fantastico. La caffetteria era carina.

Everything was perfect, and arriving with your ticket makes things much more convenient and easy. I highly recommend planning ahead and avoiding the queues!

Museo is incredibly Beautiful and amazing

Il primo piano è stato chiuso il 06/01/2026. Abbiamo dovuto pagare l'intero prezzo. Non lo sapevamo prima. Ci sentiamo truffati.

Non mi è stato possibile scaricare il biglietto dall'app. Il cartaceo della prenotazione e il riferimento del pagamento non sono stati sufficienti per l'ingresso ...Ho riacquistato il biglietto al museo. per fortuna ho prenotato solo il museo visto che l'ho pagato due volte

Very few people ,the supervisors very kind and helpful.My visit lasted 4 hours
