They should change the policy so that if someone buys tickets for the wrong day, they can either go on another day or get a refund.

Non siamo riusciti a trovare il punto di incontro. Abbiamo dovuto ricomprare i biglietti sul posto.

Non parlano italiano e ti mandano un "voi" invece di un biglietto; ho dovuto chiamarli per avere il biglietto... quindi sì, ho avuto dei problemi

Unjustified surcharge. I didn't have to wait in any line, and there was no way to skip the line anywhere.
