Biglietto Altar of the Fatherland: Museo e Ascensore Panoramico con Accesso Salta la Fila

Tickets were sent without a QR code; the available AI assistant was a disaster; getting through to a real person takes forever. A waste of time for something that could have been bought directly on-site for a lot cheaper.

The visit was ideal, being able to enter without any wait. I missed having the audio guide sent to me, and Palazzo Venezia was closed without prior notice.

The flexible hours and the excellent service from the staff at the entrance.

Everything was great, from entrance to exit. Don't miss the museum!

After initially some confusion over our meet point Kian phoned with very clear directions and after that it was very easy acrrs to the second museum was an unexpected bonus would recommend a visit for the views of the city alone but the historic information is fantastic

Impressive building. It was a little complicated to meet the person who was supposed to hand over the tickets, but understandable considering that the construction site is right next to it, so it's crowded. It was worth going up the glass elevator, great view of the city. There is also an interesting display in the museum.

Everything was in perfect order.

The Doria Pamphilj Palace is beautiful. I wasn't able to use the tickets for the panoramic elevator.

The place is beautiful, and the check-in went smoothly.

Amazing, super convenient, and fast! Kudos to the website—it's really well done. I'd definitely book with you again! I'm really satisfied.

A good summary of the birth of a reunified Italy

The host didn't show up at the designated location, and we were left without a ticket.

A magnificent and impressive monument.

They were wonderful—we were traveling with a child with a disability

They should change the policy so that if someone buys tickets for the wrong day, they can either go on another day or get a refund.

Amazing—a magnificent 360-degree view of Rome 🤩

Headout's organization was truly exemplary and straightforward; the Altar of the Fatherland is a must-see monument, and the elevator lets you see Rome from above in a way you wouldn't otherwise be able to. Excellent rating.
