The booking says 8 am. Check-in begins at 7:45 am. We arrived at 7:54 am. No one was at the meeting point. Finally someone comes to the door at 8:03 who was part of the tour operator. He calls the car and it’s already gone. They must have left at 7:50 or before 7:54, so why did the booking say 8 am? Surely 7:54 would’ve been fine. I was not late to my booking. The tour started early. This is unacceptable, avoid this tour at all costs. Headout was unable to issues a full refund. What a joke.
