Everything was perfectly organized, and entry was quick and seamless — we simply showed our code from the Headout app at the entrance and were able to begin our visit without any issues. On site, we decided to upgrade with the lunch option (€34). However, in hindsight, we believe the break option (€29) offers better value. The main difference lies in the hot dishes: the lunch option included items such as bolognese lasagna, several types of grains, and pasta tartlets. The break option, on the other hand, features a generous selection of salads, cold platters with cured meats and cheeses, desserts, cake, and unlimited drinks including coffee, wine, beer, and water — more than sufficient for a relaxing spa day. The thermal spa area itself is truly impressive. Guests can enjoy several outdoor whirlpools, hydro-massage pools, and a spacious indoor area with steam and dry saunas, as well as pools at different temperatures, both hot and cold. The highlight of the experience is undoubtedly the breathtaking mountain views, especially from the outdoor pools, which create a unique and luxurious atmosphere. The visit includes the rental of slippers, a bathrobe, and a towel, with the additional benefit of a one-time free bathrobe change during the stay. We chose the 5-hour option, which proved to be more than enough time to fully relax and enjoy the wide range of facilities. The changing rooms and wellness facilities are exceptionally well equipped. Guests have access to facial creams, facial cleansing gels, body lotions, and hair styling products in the locker areas. Showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and balm, and the large number of showers ensures there is no waiting, even during busy periods. Throughout the complex, there are designated areas offering free water and tea, and in a dedicated relaxation zone with lounge seating, guests can enjoy a complimentary face mask. Additional treatments, such as massages, are available for purchase, and we were also pleased to experience a free facial massage demonstration, which was a lovely extra touch. Overall, we rate the experience extremely highly — for its excellent service, thoughtful organization, and serene atmosphere. QC San Pellegrino Terme is a perfect destination for relaxation, rejuvenation, and escaping everyday life. The option to purchase tickets at a reduced price through the Headout app is an added bonus. We would highly recommend this experience and will certainly return.

Wonderful experience in San Pellegrino Terme! The facility is gorgeous, elegant and set in a truly relaxing landscape. The thermal pools are spotless, well organized and never too crowded. The atmosphere is perfect for unplugging and indulging in a moment of true well-being. Friendly staff and services taken care of down to the last detail. Highly recommended for a day of total relaxation!

The venue is very large and beautiful, both outdoors and indoors, has many hot tubs, saunas, and spaces to rest...but it was very difficult to find the right ways, and not even a map of the venue was provided. One problem I encountered was the aperitif time: the counter did not offer real cocktails and, the ones we each chose to mix, did not turn out well...

Good morning, very bad experience , it was like going to the riadel fair. In order what according to and should be changed: 1) the slippers provided are uncomfortable and cut your feet besides being extremely noisy to the point of being irritating from the way they are worn by Guests. 2) the sun room absolute squalor and then comes the ship's serene as well. 3) hay sauna with deafening music .Everything but relaxing. And to finish lunch or dinner with access hai premises only with WET HATCH with which you have to eat. In short not even free I would return there lacks the culture that only high peoples have like Austria and Upper Tyrol. Umica positive note the pool of the abyss where you listen to music underwater.
