Simple and easy to book brilliant guide so knowledgeable and friendly helped me understand and appreciate everything so much more, I had a personal guide highly recommended

Our guide was very nice but clearly had no passion for the museum. The presentation was unorganized and rambling. I have been to the Academia before and this experience was quite dull and failed to bring to life the magnificent work of Michaelangelo.

The guide rushed us through. Saw other guides spend explaining different areas our guide did not cover. She may have been sick so did not stay the full 1.5 hours. I would never recommend this tour for the price. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the quality. Will never use this service again.

Did not love a lot. Basic. And not educated or passionate or with a sense of curiosity, sadly . Would not recommend.

Our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us details and thoughts far beyond what we expected. My sister and I have taken many tours and both of us felt she's one of the best tour guides we've had.
