I have not received any support to date. The promised notification of when I can visit the Coloseum and the museum in the Vatican never arrived. I have requested a refund from Paypal. I hope the money comes back quickly, otherwise I will have to take other legal steps. Hartmut Boldt

Tickets reservation was never confirmed, I have to claim money back. Extremely disappointing service and platform! Will never use again. Customer success was horrible- I escalated the problem weeks in advance and nothing was done! Would never recommend! Feel like dealing with scammers and willmost probably rise official customer claim

Got the pass for a short solo trip. Loved the convenience. Only thing—wish there was a paper map option cause phone battery died halfway through.

Rome City Pass is a TIME SAVER. We only had 3 days and packed in almost everything: Vatican, Colosseum, Pantheon, even a random crypt tour. The app has a weird interface (not super intuitive) but after a bit you get used to it. Definitely helped us see more in less time.

Was a bit skeptical but ended up being super useful. Especially liked the hop-on hop-off bus for getting our bearings. The app could be easier though.

Bought the pass mostly for the Vatican skip-the-line and it delivered. Some confusion with the bus pickup spot (signage isn’t great) but we figured it out. Worth it if you hate waiting.

Honestly just loved skipping the loooong lines at Vatican. Traveled with my parents (both in their 60s) and the pass made it way less stressful. The bus was a bit crowded after 4pm but we still got seats.

Took my two teens for a whirlwind Rome trip. The City Pass was handy but honestly some museums (like Borghese) were still pretty crowded. Still, not having to buy single tickets everywhere = huge relief. The app glitched once but got sorted fast. Would recommend for families, just plan ahead for the busy days.

Rome City Pass made our trip EPIC. Even the kids were excited to skip lines. 10/10 for convenience.

Wasn’t sure it’d be worth it but it totally was. Saved us from so many lines, esp. at the Vatican. Would recommend for anyone short on time.
