The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Our tour guide Kate was amazing, she really made our in a lot of effort in explaining the museum and the paintings. Thanks Kate.

The skip-the-line access and the guide's expertise

On time and guide was knowledgeable with excellent English

Having a personal guide is a plus and very helpful for understanding better the opus of art that is displayed amd the background.

Our guide was great! Extremely knowledgeable

Once the tour started, it was a 5 star. Our guide was super friendly and very knowledgeable.

We had a wonderful guide and a very small group, and we were able to move through the large crowds very nicely. We were able to enjoy wonderful background information and it was a very very special trip.

We spent too much time standing around looking at pictures in a binder, while seeing the actual sculptures and paintings in person was very rushed and brief. The guide could have shared more details along the way.

Our host and the tour guide were wonderful. Francesca was so knowledgeable. The crowds however were unreasonable, there were just so many people you could only Shuffle while being told by the guards to hurry along. I don't think I do it again.

Excellent tour! Our guide was fantastic. Thank you

The guide was excellent, very fun, and engaging in his explanations. The tour was fantastic, plus the guide spoke in Spanish and was very clear.

Great sense of humor from the tour guide, with good recommendations and complete mastery of everything.
