This class was SO MUCH FUN! While me and my husband had already taken a pasta cooking class, we had never had a demonstration in person as to how to make the sauces! Our instructor was kind, hilarious, and made the class easy to understand and enjoy! The 4 of us (me, my husband, his brother, and his brothers husband) all felt welcomed and enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. We will return to the states with the confidence of making fresh pasta and 2 classic sauces.
