We booked tickets online for the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and on short notice once we were there, for the Pantheon... An absolute must if you want to bypass some of the entrance lines. Tip: Visit the highlights early in the day (7/8 AM) or in the late afternoon, as there are fewer crowds then.

Hello. What a disastrous experience! Arriving 2 hours early, there was no sign of any coordinator to give us our tickets. We had to contact customer support. At a loss, we went to security, who denied us entry because our QR code was not valid as a ticket... on top of that, our time slot had passed, and late arrivals are not accepted. I had to call the hotline again, which reached out to the venue and then the "guide," who finally came to meet us and hand over our tickets. Back to security. Refusal to let us through, as the time had expired; luckily for us, we had previously gone up to them and explained our issue, which finally allowed us, exceptionally, to enter the site. We had to track down the security woman again so she could confirm our story... At the second check, we were turned away again; we had to explain everything all over again. At the third check, turned away once more, same routine.... An hour later, we were finally in. The audio guide was useless in the arenas; the points did not match our location on-site. You click on an image in the audio guide and it brings up a completely different point. The initial meeting point was supposed to be between the Arch of Constantine and the Colosseum, with the person holding an upside-down blue and white flag. The "guide" was actually between the arch and a tree with a small, rigid blue flag right-side up. We only saw him the next day when returning to the site. Watch out, the meeting point is incorrect; arm yourself with patience and enjoy your visit beyond all of this!!

The audio guide was not OK. I couldn't understand where to go next and the GPS location wasn't working. Also, we didn't like the fact that we couldn't keep track of the things we had seen and the things we hadn't.

If I could give you 0 I would. The tickets ordered weeks in advance were not accepted by the Colosseum. This also affected all the other 5 members of the group. I contacted your help, first and AI and then a person both unable to help and offer alternative solutions only eventually saying that I would be contacted within 48 hours with details of the refund I HAVE STILL NOT heard anything from you. An organization is best measured on how they react to bad situations and you are not doing it very well.

A bit hard to find because there are no clear directions; you have to go to the Italia Pass flag. Once you have that info, everything is much easier!

Tickets & instructions arrived via WhatsApp, and entry was smooth without any issues. I think by now probably everyone has fast-track tickets.

Could not share the audio . Spent an hour on the train trying to fix in advance and the steps they wanted me to do was absurd. Make a video , do an audio was crazy . I'm on holiday not on a work call

The tickets are fine in terms of what you can visit, but the audio guide is a disaster—the usability, the content... they are not worth the price we paid. If you can, try to buy the tickets on the official website, because the extra cost is exaggerated for what they offer.

PATHETIC! The tickets were provided to me with a 9:15 AM meeting time, without any option for me to change it, and I couldn't make it to the meeting at 9:15 AM, being 1 hour late through no fault of my own. I was denied entry at the Colosseum entrance control. I lost €153.36 for nothing. You state "tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable"!! I will give you bad publicity on my internet blog to inform others and express my dissatisfaction and your bad business practices.

The audio guide didn't work as it is based on the internet, and the connection was spotty. In addition, I upgraded to the arena floor. The photo on the website suggests that includes what looks like the subsurface. That is a whole other upgrade. Even though what I bought was the FULL EXPERIENCE.

This is clearly the piece de resistance of any visit to Rome. The preservation is impressive and the atmosphere is second-to-none. The issue was with the audioguide (yet again). There were two of us, but only one access to the audioguide so we tried to have an 'ear' of the headphones each but eventually gave up as it impeded our enjoyment. Also, I had amessage saying I needed to meet someone to exchange my online ticket for a paper one. We followed the directions and ended up on a street corner with nothing and nobody. We went to a tourist information ( a good 15 minute walk in 30 degrees celcius heat) to be informed our tickets were downloadable from the Headout app. This was very confusing (especially for a 49 year old like me!!). Please make things a little clearer regarding this.
