Florenz-Kombi: Brunelleschi-Kuppel, Accademia und Uffizi mit Audioguide

I had trouble identifying the paintings the audio guide was explaining, so I was often disoriented. The ticket received online served as the admission ticket at the Uffizi, but at the Gallery you had to exchange it beforehand. Door 3 on the west wing of the Uffizi doesn't exist. On top of that, I couldn't download the audio guide for my child. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Headout to anyone.

Easy way to get tickets for the Uffizi! The gallery itself was already sold out when I wanted to buy tickets and I was able to get the combo tickets easily and for the day and time I wanted to go. The whole process was simple and worked out great! The Uffizi was stunning on the inside and we easily spent 2.5 hours there, if you really love art you could spend days there.

Easy way to get tickets for the Accademia! The Accademia itself was already sold out when I wanted to buy tickets and I was able to get the combo tickets easily and for the day and time I wanted to go. The whole process was simple and worked out great! While smaller than Uffizi, seeing the Statue of David in person makes it a worthwhile stop if you are in Florence! There was also plenty of other beautiful pieces to see there too!

It was practical and economical. We had a share one of my ear pods as a couple as the guide was in my app only and did not know how I could pass it to my wife although she downloaded the app. The guide was good but was not directing or explaining where we could find the certain number. Was not necessarily following the museums marked numbers.

I will not use headout ever again. Over-priced. Unable to download audio guide. The other one that your representative gave us was mediocre. Tickets for our afternoon event (Uffizi) was sent very late. I spent almost 500$ on your service that day to get 3 people into the Duomo, the Uffizi and the Accademia. We never made it to the Accademia. Terrible, terrible experience.

We enjoyed the visit. I thought getting the tickets would be a little more challenging as there' re a lot of visitors waiting outside of the academy and the street was packed but amazingly the agency was very close to the entrance so was much easier than I expected. The staff was very kind as we asked if it would be possible to bring our entry time forward, and they did their best to get us in a little earlier, which we really appreciated.

Tourists visiting the Dome are victims of its own success: We paid over 40 Euros per person to climb all the way to the top, but when we wanted to stop on the 2nd floor to admire and photograph the ceiling paintings, the guard ordered us to keep moving. Same thing at the top: Just barely enough time to walk around the platform; I had only been sitting for 20 seconds when the attendant said to me in an almost aggressive tone, "Your visiting time is up, head down now!" And on the way down, once we reached the balcony on the 3rd floor, this same scenario played out a 3rd time. You aren't allowed to visit the church on your way down: You have to go back outside and wait in line at the entrance for an hour. Very poor value for money, especially since the guards weren't friendly at all.
