La Spezia: Pesto-Kurs mit Focaccia und Getränk

This is such a fun activity!! You get to try three types of pesto on focaccia with a drink on arrival, and wow. They were delightful. Then making the pesto from scratch! After, you indulge in the fresh pesto with local made pasta… it is a worthwhile reward for the hard work at the mortar and pestle. Such an amazing experience, and for a great price! I highly recommend this, and you come away with the pesto recipe to recreate at home!!

I absolutely LOVED this experience! The chef was really personable and helpful - he gave us lots of good recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The pesto and pasta itself was incredible, and it’s such a lovely thing to have made your own food and then get to eat it! We also got some focaccia to taste test different pestos. It was a highlight of my time in the Cinque Terra region and I’d highly recommend you give it a go :))) thanks!
