Very good. Our tour guide gave the full amount of time included in the one hour and half stipulated time. This time included entering through all security checks, time for toilets and bag and cloakroom storage. Next was a 20 minute explanation of the history of the gallery and the Medici family. The tour was better than the previous tour we had taken and her English was understandable, considering English is a second language to her. At times the names of the artists was spoken at such speed that it was impossible to comprehend who she was referring to. The tour was a little rushed towards the ends.
