Uffizien-Tour mit Eintritt in den Palazzo Vecchio

The problem was not with the tour provider or the guide, the problem was with the middle man, Get Your Guide. We originally booked for an 8:30am time slot to get in early before the busiest part of the day. Two days before the tour, we were notified that our timeslot had been moved to 12:15 PM, which is the busiest part of the day, and this proved to be true. The museum was incredibly crowded, especially with student tour groups. The guide did her best to navigate our group through the rooms, but it was difficult to see most of the art, and we felt this took away from our experience.
