Bologna Open Bus: Hop-on-Hop-off-Tour mit Food-Tasting-Gutscheinen

I thought that I was purchasing tickets from the Hop On Hop Off Bus company, not a third party. I did not really want food vouchers. I had to check a category above, which was not technically the correct category. The category would be: "I expected the company to be the Big Red Hop On Hop Off Company, not Headout subcontracting to Bologna Tours, which bought the Big Red Bus ticket, then added costs ad resold it, posing as Big Red Bus tours on the internet. "
