Very informative, customized to our interests. Great overview to start our 2 day visit.

Guide arrived late and left early; paid for three-hiur tour but only got a two-hour tour. Didn't customize, as requested; just made the standard tour take a few minutes longer. Didn't project voice or turn around so hard to hear.
