Tour privato in sandolo nei canali di Venezia

It was a very bad customer service. I paid £115 for 4 people online whereas I could have paid €80 there. No point booking online if you have a group. Anyway I was really disappointed that although we had to share with 2 other people they were given priority over us. We were given small chairs to sit whereas they had the best bench . When I complained , the guy doing the rowing shouted at me if I don’t get in he will leave me behind and I lose my money . He was very very rude . It was hardly a 20 mins ride more like a round around the block . Poor value for money . Don’t waste your money going with them

The gondola tour is shared with other people.
