Marina our tour guide was absolutely outstanding and she made this a remarkable experience with the details and information that she provided and was willing to answer all questions. Simply can’t say enough about her professionalism and the relaxed but highly organized manner in which she conducted this tour. Doge’s palace was absolutely remarkable, I personally had no idea it had such history and the palace, artwork and stories behind these were more than worth the admission cost. St Mark’s Basilica was great, but not a patch on Doge’s Palace or other Duomo’s that we have seen in Milano and Como. This was a brilliant tour. Ask for Marina!!

My wife and I absolutely loved our tour guide, Sara! We’ve been on 6 tours between Rome, Florence, and Venice. We’ve had some really good guides, but Sara was far and away the BEST one yet! She had the knowledge, but the way she talked about what we were seeing, and what we were about to see, was like a performance. She had a great way of building up suspense for what was coming next. She was AMAZING!

Mose was a rockstar. Super well informed, able to communicate centuries worth of story in an enjoyable and intelligent and interesting way. Diana great job in managing the tour. Great experience in all four of the major portions of the architecture (basilica, palace, prison; bridge) and the surrounding area. Tells a great story like all great story tellers do - an absolutely great option, it hits all the high points!

The history of the palace and the Basillica was fascinating but it was tiring due to the heat, perhaps a longer break between the two would be beneficial

Martina was an excellent guide and made our visit to Venice truly special. Her enthusiasm for Venice was contagious, and her extensive knowledge of the Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Basilica brought the history and architecture to life. She was engaging, personable, and incredibly kind throughout the tour. We especially appreciated how pleasant and thoughtful she was, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. We would highly recommend Martina to anyone wanting to experience Venice with a knowledgeable and genuinely wonderful guide. The only portion that did not meet our expectations was we were expecting a smaller group. I thought the description indicated there would be no more than eight people in the group.

We had an excellent tour of St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace. Our guide was outstanding—extremely knowledgeable, highly energetic, and witty. Elena brought the history to life and made the tour both informative and entertaining. The only drawback was the meeting directions, which were inaccurate and almost caused us to arrive late for the tour. Once we connected with the group, however, the experience was fantastic. The guide was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. We would definitely recommend it, with the hope that the meeting instructions can be improved.

We were 25 minutes early at the meeting point and NO guide showed up. We waited for nearly an hour and nothing. We had to pay for our own tickets to the Doge Palace. I need to be refunded the $687.50 I paid for my family to wait in the sun for nothing.
