Tour del Monte Etna e Fiume Alcantara da Taormina: Natura, Sapori e Avventura

Der Ausflug hat uns sehr gefallen. Unser Guide Enzo war super! Er hat uns mit ganz vielen Informationen und viel Freundlichkeit begleitet und uns immer Alternativen zur Wahl gestellt. Auch hat er uns tolle Orte gezeigt, als es eine wetterbedingte Sperrung am Alcantara Fluss gab. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und viel erlebt. Sonne im Tal und wahnsinnig viel Schnee auf dem Ätna… was will man mehr!

Wycieczka spełniła wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Bardzo dobrze zaplanowana logistyka i transport, elastyczny plan wycieczki oraz niesamowita przewodniczka Bruna, sprawiły że ten dzień na długo zapamiętamy :) a sama Etna, niesamowite przeżycie warte kwoty jaką trzeba było wydać na wycieczkę + kolejkę (dodatkowo płatna 80€). Polecamy każdemu :)

Enjoyed trip. Guide was excellant very informative about every thing also messaging when he would arrive. The only problem I had was trying to cancel one person from the trip who was poorly and could'nt manage the trip. The app would not let me cancel one person from trip only the whole trip. I tried to email company I could not get through or only to a another company who was not doing that trip. I tried from 9.30pm on the 16th till 11pm. then next morning from 7am till 10am as I was then going on another trip. I was very dissappointed that I could not get the money back for my friend. I will not be useing your company again nor recommending you.

This was an incredible day. We went up Etna after a comfortable and convenient pickup near us. If you’re not hiring a car, this really is the best way to book one of these tours. At Etna it’s extra to go up the cable car but we expected this) and did about a 30 minute walk up to a higher point. It’s beautiful up there! We would have liked to go up a little higher but you can still see such a beautiful view and it’s very cool up there, right underneath one of the main craters so you can see all the ash coming out. It’s worth it to go up this high and then do the tastings and then go to the gorges - the gorges are incredible and a must do. The water was cold but so refreshing. We had a great time. It truly was the perfect day. Tommaso (our guide) was lovely and friendly and also very knowledgable! Would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who wants a mix of everything.

It is difficult to describe in words all the beauty of the places we visited - you just have to see it with your own eyes! 👀 The guide Lorenzo is wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and told us about wonderful Etna 🌋😍 and other attractions of Sicily in a very fascinating way (I wanted to stay!🙈) The mountain river Alcantara 🏞️ is brrr cold, but beautiful with its azure water. Tasting local goodies was an unforgettable experience. 😋 Everything was amazing!🤩😍

The day was a pleasure. Salvo was outstanding. Informative, amusing, and clearly knowledgable, he made the day. The trip itself was very good even when Salvo had to rethink on the spot due to the Alcantara park being closed. His solution was excellent. He also went out of his way to accommodate my wife and myself when we chose to do something different to the rest of the group. Again I can only reiterate how good Salvo was.

We were lucky to have Carmelo as our Guide - he lived up to the favourable reviews left by previous excursionists. We weren't disappointed. Pick up and drop off were conveniently located close to the hotel, and pick-up and drop-off times respected. If there was a negative, then this relates to the dissemination of information to some of the excursionists by the organisers, which led to frustrating confusion at the 'base camp' sorting who would be remaining at the lower levels and those who wished to proceed to the summit and tying this in with the programmed activities.

We recently used Alessandro's guidance during our trip to Etna and Sicily, and it really helped us find amazing places we didn’t know about before. Alessandro was full of interesting suggestions, from popular tourist spots to lesser-known areas that are not usually mentioned in other guides.What we liked the most was how detailed his information was. We went 4 people on the 9 hour Etna and Alcantara tour saturday July 14. We got picked up at 09.00 at our hotel as promised. As we greeded our guide Simone we instantly felt welcome and well taken care of. Shortly into the tour it was clear, that not only were we going for a great scenic and interesting tour, we also had an amazing guide. With a joyful spirit, sense of humor, politeness and gently friendly teasing and relaxed atmosphere, Simone spread his knowledge and experience in the most enthusiastic and interesting way. We felt like speciel guests, having the best service and treatment, but still with a feeling of having known Simone for a life time. Everything was earnest and undoubtly with the very best intentions!! We kan only give Simone our very best recommendations. With Simone as your guide your time will be well spent!
