Firenze: Tour Guidato del Duomo con Salita Opzionale alla Cupola

it was fine....waiting for it to start eas annoying....what's the point of anyone getting to the meeting palmers on time but thr guide is late?

Our guide was fantastic. I don't remember her name, but our tour was at 11.00am on 28/09/26. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and funny. It was exactly the right length and the bonus ticket to the hospital museum was brilliant. Highly recommended.

Wonderful tour.

Good!

Viviana was an outstanding guide - friendly and passionate about her city and its history. Extremely knowledgeable about the Duomo, she shared lots of interesting facts and answered all our questions enthusiastically.

Skip the line is totally worth it. The line was very long to get in so skipping made the experience simple and enjoyable. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us some great history and information. It was nice to be able to explore at our own pace after the tour was over.

Tour was very brief and didn't get a full tour due to areas being blocked off

Part of the Duomo was closed and we were unaware of this at the time we purchased the tickets. Very disappointed

The outside is amazing!!

Not great Rushed and hard to understand

Classical group visit with radio-transmitted sound. Not bad, not excellent either. The skip-the-line alone is worth the price though.

Je suis très déçu de vos prestations Rdv mal codifié Impossible de reporter les visites Vous m’avez volé 135€ que je demande que vous me remboursiez

Es war hervorragend, ohne lange Wartezeit in den Dom zu kommen.

was easy to find the meeting point and the basilica was impressive and beautiful.

The tour was too short for the money. You’re basically paying for skipping the line.

Guide’s English was very bad and hard to understand. We could only understand the last word of every sentence. Ruined the tour. Also misleading titling this optional dome climb upgrade. Asked about upgrade and basically didn’t exist I would have had to go to ticket office and just buy a dome climb ticket which was sold out already…

Ticket was well worth it just the skip the line
