What a fantastic experience we had with Mauro! He made our family feel so welcome and kept us engaged from start to finish. Our 12-year-old had been excited to learn how to make pasta, and this experience did not disappoint. Mauro was a great teacher—fun, patient, and informative—and made the whole process enjoyable. Sitting down to eat together felt like being invited into a friend’s home, as he shared stories about life in Venice. He was also incredibly thoughtful about our son’s nut allergy and selective eating, with his wife even preparing a homemade red sauce just for him. It meant so much to us. Mauro went above and beyond by showing us how to take a Venetian gondola and recommending a nearby art museum for after the class. This was truly the highlight of our time in Venice—we highly recommend this experience with Mauro!
