Our guide was absolutely terrible. She got us in 30 minutes late and then only spent 30 minutes with us rushing through facts in a rote and monotone manner. This was the worst tour I have ever been on.

Julia was a fantastic guide - she had amazing knowledge of the history and details of the Duomo and I learnt so much. Great tour - many thanks

Excellent guide. Knowledgeable and a joy to meet!

Kein Anstehen. Zu empfehlen!

What they dont tell you when booking is that yr climb is at a later separate time that day. The guide didn't take us into baptistery as advertised. also..they dont tell when booking that it includes the museum and campanile...so i bought a separate ticket for these unnecessarily. started late and finished early. disappointing

Best part of the tour was the climb up the Duomo which wasn't guided. Glad to have skipped the long lines. Guided part of the tour wasn't great.

This tour was definitely worth doing. Our guide was Julia and she did a wonderful job explaining the history of the cathedral and the images in the fresco. The climb was a little tough, but easier than I expected and so worth it!!
