Cooking Class Siciliana su Terrazza Panoramica a Palermo

Great Cooking class with Fulvio and his sous chef Giuseppe. It was really fun with great food, wine, music and different recipes than most of the “basic” classes that all seem to have the same menu over and over again. While the address is a bit difficult to find, follow the directions given and Fulvio will be there to greet you with open arms as you enjoy the great view from his apartment and their fun personalties!

This was an amazing cooking class. Flavio went on the local market with us to buy fish and stuff and afterwards we went to his home and started cooking. He is a perfect host and it was funny and the food was authentic and local. We can highly recommend this to anybody who want to dive into the Sicilian food and bring some recipes home. We cooked fresh vegetebales, pasta, fish and tiramisu. Anytime again.
