the pompeii tour was incredible and easily one of the highlights of our trip. frankie was the best guide, super knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even better. he took us along a really well curated route through the site so we got to see all the major highlights before the crowds rolled in. everything felt smooth, engaging, and never rushed. he truly made it such a memorable experience our driver antonio was also great company there and back, friendly, easygoing, and made the whole trip even more enjoyable. highly recommend!

The trip through Pompeii was amazing! Angelo was absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable & also fun. Mt Vesuvius was also excellent! We had a small issue with the transport where the vehicle broke down while we were waiting to be picked up from Vesuvius . It would have been ok if it was communicated with us but we had to call them to find out what was happening & they said 10 minutes but they actually ended up being an hour late making us significantly late for the wine tasting. The driver was most apologetic & we understood, it’s just that they should have been proactive in their comms

Overall had a great experience, all the transitions between excursions were smooth and our Pompeii guide Sasa was very passionate and informative. The only issue is that they may bring you to a different winery than listed in the itinerary, while it was still a lovely winery it wasn’t what I expected with booking this. They did offer me partial refund for the change.

Hele turen var godt organisert. Henting og bringing var veldig bra og stort sett på tiden. Guiden i Pompeii (Frankie) var eksepsjonell. Delte sin utmerkede kjennskap på en informativ måte iblandet en god del humor👍 Lunsjen og vinsmakingen var en flott avslutning på en innholdsrik dag. Hvitvinen var best🥂Man kan informere litt bedre om hvor strabasiøs turen oppover til Vesuv krateret er. Vi så en del personer som slet med stigningen👍

Being picked up at our Airbnb was super easy. Two fans were sent because we had so many people and it felt like our own private transport. When we got to Pompeii, Frankie was our tour guide and he truly made the experience as great as it was. He was so knowledgeable, so friendly, and showed us all of the greatest parts of Pompeii before it got too busy. The hike up Vesuvius was very easy, and very beautiful. The wine tasting had amazing food and wine. Staff was friendly until it was time to leave. We purchased around 400€ worth of pasta, limoncello, and wine and the hosts then stated they would appreciate a tip and anything was appreciated. We have never been asked to tip anywhere in Europe before and this was kind of surprising. After we tipped them, their attitudes towards us changed, would barely talk to us and we felt shunned. It was kind of disappointing to feel this after the great ways we were being treated by them and everyone else. All in all, would definitely recommend
