Firenze: Biglietti Prioritari Combinati per Accademia e Uffizi

The academia was great but considering we were put in the queue at 1.30 for a one o’clock start it became impossible to comply with our booking. We were not given a further ticket to the Uffizzi so that when we got there they would not let us join the queue ! As we booked for both events on the one day we have now missed our tour to the Uffizzi. It was too hot snd too far to walk back to your site at the Academia. We are in our 70’s. We were very disappointed. We understand that it difficult dealing with these enormous crowds but I told your rep at the Academia that we were to go to the Uffizzi on the same voucher so he could have given us whatever we required to present at the Uffizzi. Our experience was very expensive Liz Grayson

Clearer instructions on need to collect physical tickets from meeting point prior would have been helpful. We had less than 2 hours to explore Uffizi with this combination, and missed quite a bit of the gallery which was disappointing, especially considering how much we paid. This combination would have been better if we had been able access Accademia first which takes less time to explore.
