Catania: Trekking sull'Etna tra crateri, deserti di lava e grotte laviche

Une expérience inoubliable sur l’Etna ! La randonnée en groupe a été parfaitement organisée, avec un guide passionné qui nous a fait découvrir la puissance et la beauté du volcan. Les paysages lunaires, les coulées de lave, la vue imprenable… tout était magique ! L’île de Sicile est tout simplement splendide, entre nature sauvage, culture riche et accueil chaleureux. Je repars avec des souvenirs plein la tête. À faire absolument !

La nostra guida, Andrea, è stato molto attento a tutti i dettagli. Si è dimostrato molto preparato e appassionato. Ci ho spiegato molte cose sull'Etna, senza mai risultare noioso. Tra approfondimenti scientifici, aneddoti legati al territorio e momenti di silenziosa meraviglia davanti alla maestosità del paesaggio, io e la mia amica siamo state benissimo. Consiglio vivamente scarpe da trekking e una giacca a vento (che se non le avete, verranno fornite dell'organizzazione).

The tour was great! It was a comfortable meeting place and ride to the start point of the tour. The guides were really nice and involved. They gave us special tracking shoes and didn’t charge for them, so I guess it was included in the price, that makes it even cooler, cause we really needed it At the highest point of this tour it was pretty cold without the wind, so it is better to take even the warm hat with you We were lucky to see the beautiful sunset, and I think I can say it was one of the best I’ve ever seen. My wife and I have visited Etna last summer. We took the cable car and four-wheel drive vehicle to the summit. This year we wanted something different which we can experience Etna with our own feet on the ground. Raffaella and Cristofo delivered just that. The three-hour trekking on the volcanic sand and rocks was moderately strenuous but absolutely fantastic. The sunset scenery was beautiful. Raffaella was very knowledgeable about Etna, its eruption history and impact to the region, as well as Etna’s flora and fauna. Cristofo made sure that we were properly equipped and safe. Overall we had a great experience.
